What are the delivery fees?

Orders which have a cart value of over R999 will get free courier door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa.

Orders with a cart value below R999 will have a delivery fee of just R99 for door-to-door courier delivery anywhere in SA.

How long does delivery take?

Orders confirmed before 1 pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day. Once shipped, delivery timeframes depend on your location:

Main cities: 1-3 working days

Non-main cities: 2-5 working days

Rural or outlying areas: 3-7 working days

You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow updates and estimated delivery times.

Can I return a product?

Absolutely! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly arrange a return and issue a full refund.
